We are honored this week to be joined by Shianne Hooper, a recent GED graduate of the Ft. Smith Adult Education Program who came by to discuss some of her early struggles, how she overcame them and her plans moving forward. But first, Jana Jenkins from the state office drops in to update us on some exciting new initiatives that she has been heading up, and how Arkansas is emerging as a leader in how we train our teachers to meet the needs of adult learners across the state.
